Our home care assessment is completely free and carries no obligation. Here is what happens:
It is relaxed and unhurried
A friendly care coordinator visits you at home for around 45–60 minutes. There is no rush, no paperwork overload, and no sales pitch.
We listen first
We learn about the person who needs care — their health, their routine, their preferences, and what matters most to them. Family members are welcome and encouraged to attend.
We explain your options
We discuss the types of care available, recommend what we believe would work best, and answer every question honestly.
You receive a written care plan
After the visit, we create a personalised care plan and a clear, transparent quote. Nothing begins until you are completely comfortable.
