Our Approach to Home Care
Person-centred, compassionate, and built on the values that matter most — dignity, respect, and independence for every person we support.
Who We Are
Kays 24-7 Care Services is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, delivering bespoke home care across the United Kingdom. Founded on the belief that every person deserves to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own home, we provide tailored support that puts you in control of your care.
We are not simply a care agency. We are a team of dedicated, compassionate professionals who genuinely care about the people we support. From our care coordinators to our frontline carers, every member of the Kays 24-7 team shares a commitment to excellence, kindness, and respect.
Whether you need a brief daily visit, companionship throughout the week, or round-the-clock live-in support, we work with you and your family to create a care plan that fits your life — not the other way around.

Our Values — The NHS 6Cs
Everything we do at Kays 24-7 Care Services is guided by the NHS 6Cs framework. These six values are not simply words displayed on our website; they are the foundation of every care visit, every interaction, and every decision we make.
Care
We genuinely care about every person we support. Your wellbeing, your comfort, and your happiness are at the heart of everything we do. Care is our core purpose, and it drives us to go above and beyond every single day.
Compassion
We treat every client with empathy, patience, and warmth. We take the time to understand your story, your feelings, and your preferences. Compassionate care means seeing the person first, always.
Competence
All our carers are fully trained, regularly supervised, and supported to deliver safe, effective care. We invest in continuous professional development so that every member of our team has the skills and knowledge to provide outstanding support.
Communication
We keep families informed, listen to feedback, and involve clients in every care decision. Open, honest communication builds trust, and we believe that you should always know what is happening with your care.
Courage
We speak up for our clients' rights, challenge poor practice, and always act in the best interests of the people we support. Courage means doing the right thing, even when it is difficult.
Commitment
We are dedicated to continuous improvement. We invest in our team, review our standards, and hold ourselves accountable. Our commitment is to you — today, tomorrow, and for as long as you need us.
Person-Centred Care in Practice
Person-centred care is more than a phrase we use. It is the way we work, every day, with every client. It means that your care is designed around you — your needs, your preferences, your routine, and your goals.
We understand that no two people are the same, and no two care plans should be either. That is why we take the time to get to know you properly before your care begins, and why we continue to listen, adapt, and respond as your needs change.
Tailored Care Plans
Every care plan is built around your individual needs, daily routine, and personal preferences, developed together with you and your family.
Carer Matching
We carefully match carers to clients based on personality, skills, experience, and compatibility, so you feel comfortable and confident.
Regular Reviews
Your care plan is reviewed regularly and adjusted as your needs change. We are flexible and responsive, because your life does not stand still.
Family Involvement
We keep families informed and involved at every stage. Your input is always welcome and valued.

Our Team
Our carers are the heart of Kays 24-7 Care Services. Every person who joins our team is selected not only for their skills and experience but for their character — their kindness, their reliability, and their genuine desire to make a difference in someone's life.
Before any carer supports a client, they complete a thorough recruitment process including an enhanced DBS check, reference verification, a face-to-face interview, and comprehensive induction training. Every carer completes the Care Certificate and receives specialist training in areas such as dementia care, manual handling, medication management, safeguarding, infection control, and first aid.
We do not stop at induction. All our carers receive regular supervision, spot checks, and annual appraisals. We invest in ongoing professional development, including opportunities to gain NVQ and QCF qualifications, because we believe that well-supported carers deliver the best care.

CQC Registration & Compliance
Kays 24-7 Care Services is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the independent regulator of health and social care in England. Our registration means that we meet the fundamental standards of quality and safety required under the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
We take our regulatory responsibilities seriously. Our services are regularly audited against the CQC's five key questions — Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led — and we hold ourselves to the highest standards in every area.
Our commitment to compliance includes robust safeguarding policies and procedures, thorough staff recruitment and vetting, comprehensive mandatory training, regular internal quality audits, clear complaints and feedback processes, full GDPR compliance and ICO registration, and public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
